Description of diagnosis and symptoms:

Venous ulceration is the disintegration of the surface tissues of extremities due to vascular changes to the lower extremities.
Venous ulceration is a negative outfall of a diabetic leg diagnosis, or of diabetes. It is caused due to diabetic neuropathy and micro-angiopathic damage to the minor arteries supplying oxygen and nutrition to the tissues.  Acid metabolites will mass  in tissues, which will contribute to the worsening condition. The trophic changes may result in venous ulceration and amputation.

Recommended procedure:

Applied when diabetic neuropathy and micro-angiopathic damage occurs to the minor arteries, and a significant worsening of the conditions for the quality of supplying oxygen and nutrition to the tissues.
