Pulse magnetotherapy – Biomag devices and applicators |Mrs Mikerová, Benešov u Prahy (Okrouhlice)
My little baby girl was born in October 2004, after artificial fertilization, in the 28th week (by caesarean section). Her weight was 800 grams; she was only 30 cm tall. The estimated date of delivery was 15 January 2005. For the whole time from the birth to the date, she was in an incubator in the hospital in Prague. In January 2005, I was allowed to take her home, weighing 2500 grams. We were so happy, me and my husband and the whole family. When she was born, I was told that with such a tiny baby there is a risk of impairment (e.g. poliomyelitis or brain dysfunction). We did exercises three days, following the Vojta Method.

After two weeks of the stay at home, the baby became obstructed with mucus and the drops prescribed by the paediatrician did not help. She was suffering from flatulence, crying a lot, sometimes all the night, and she was restless even while sleeping for a while. I was worried: I thought we would have to go to back to the hospital in a short time. Then somebody told me about pulse magnetotherapy and my mother helped me to buy the machine Biomag Laguna Rehab II (we purchased it on instalments). By using the machine, I wanted to reduce the risk of dysfunctions as low as possible.
My little baby was lying on the applicator twice a day, for 10 to 15 minutes. After a week, she was better. The flatulence stopped, the mucus disappeared, and she was sleeping through the night long. At regular examinations in the course of the first twelve months in the department of neurology in Prague, I had a chance to compare my child and other premature babies. There was no significant difference. At the occasion of the annual examination, however, I compared my child with the other premature babies that I had known from the time when my little girl was in the incubator. There was an obvious difference in the evolution: despite the fact that the mothers had applied the Vojta method, some of the babies were just sitting, not able to stand up, and they reacted slowly.
At the time of the annual examination, my little daughter is able to react to questions, starts speaking and walking, and her hearing and eyesight is al right; she has 6 teeth.
It is my belief that a combination of the Vojta method and the pulse magnetotherapy by means of the machine Biomag Laguna Rehab II reduces the risk of dysfunctions to a minimum, and helps my daughter improve her health condition.
I am happy for the decision for this kind of therapy. It would have been really difficult for me and my husband to cope with health defects, either physical or mental. While using the therapy, I have not found any side effects.
