Details of using magnetotherapy Biomag:
From 1st January 2007 to 31st December 2007, we applied 287 procedures using a Biomag® device. We especially use Biomag® devices with patients who come for a two-week course of therapy. The most frequent diagnoses are disorders of the locomotive apparatus or pain in the small or large joints. We use the magnetotherapeutic device nearly every day.
After therapy we observed positive results (improvement) in approx. 70 % of the patients. Approx. 15 % of the patients did not see any obvious good results (the result of the therapy was ambiguous). In approx. 15 % of the patients, the optimal effects of the therapy were not ascertained: these were especially patients with pain in large joints. Overall, the magnetotherapeutic device is a distinctive feature in our comprehensive range of therapy.
Frequently used diagnoses: arthrosis - joints, spinal column, arthrodynia, pain in the spine, regeneration – states after joint accidents, fractures, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow (epicondilitis)
